Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all products returned for credit or exchange. This helps us in keeping track of returns.

Please complete the online RMA Form link and an RMA # will be emailed to you. The RMA # will expire 15 days from date of issue. Tonerzoo.com will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of your receipt. Unless the item is defective, all returned merchandise must be in 100% resalable condition. No markings, stickers, tape or tags can be on the actual product boxes. No returns will be accepted on non-defective opened items, this includes items ordered in error. Returns due to customer error or other conditions beyond the control of TonerZoo will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. All sales are final on special order items. They cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you are in a hurry for your exchange, please re-order the new item via our web site, and return the item you would like to receive credit for. If returning for a refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable. Products that are refused or returned will be charged the shipping costs. Package the cartridges carefully in the original packaging and include a copy of your RMA # given by email support. Wrap any opened cartridges in an airtight bag to prevent ink from leaking out and staining other items in the box. Please note, it is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least 75% filled. Any cartridges sent back to us that have more than 25% usage may be pro-rated accordingly. No RMA# will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. |
